La Boite Theatre Company at the Roundhouse Theatre The Roundhouse Theatre is a purpose built, flexible performance space, with a raked auditorium and stage dimensions of 8m x 10m. Converts easily from 'in-the-round' seating for 400, to 'thrust' for 340. This configuration allows each audience member 100% visibility from every seat. One of Queensland’s most intimate & unique venues the Roundhouse is located 1km from Brisbane’s CBD.
The Rehearsal Room is 9m x 13m with a sprung timber floor and is fully air-conditioned. With dynamic high ceilings, P.A system, access to the foyer and cafe, disability access, and the flexibility to open the room out onto the Creative Industries Precinct parade ground and terraces, this versatile space is ideal for private functions, meetings, workshops or informal presentations
